I can't log in for about 20h now
Support has closed at the moment, and to add a query I have to be logged in....
So I guess I am waiting until they are available....

The login page has started working.
Now It works on every browser. At a friend's place it also works.
After some time when it didn't work 404 appeared at the end of the address.
So there was something on the GoPro site. It's working now.

Like any Site, updates happen, and that was probably the issue?

 

I am encountering this issue right now. keep getting a message that my email or password are incorrect or do not exist. I click reset password, i receive the email to change it. have received the confirmation email that it has been changed but cannot enter. different browsers, systems, etc nothing is letting me enter.

 

log in with your usernam and passw worked for me
