yep thats clean. in some of the vidoes this halo effect starts to appear a minute or so in to the clip so its not at the beginning. For example i shot a local MTB trail. Out in the open air,no shade at all. Video starts of fine and after about 90 seconds the halo starts to appear and within 20 seconds of that its really noticeable.

I like to see a video, that we can say if it is due to the covering going through that is causing the issue? One can not determine from a grab shot .

thank you. a poster saud lens protector got a spec, Also the WIS will make thatspec move or smudge that flare. Clean remove the protector and film safely, still there can be the actual 7 to 8 layer lenses of the gopro, a flare is always present on a GoPro today towards the Sun.

So moisture is building up under the lens cover after a couple of minutes of recording. I have been taking the cover of the lens each time to let the air 'equalize' each time but it still fogging up. Maybe a small hole drilled into the side of the lens cover will help with air circulation perhaps? I noticed while filming 60fps that the cam would get warm to touch(and the moisture build up occured every time) and when i dropped down to 30fps it was not getting warm. The moisture build up was still happening but only 1 out of 4 times. Still not ideal. The camera is stored in a dry space when not in use so i cant figure out why this keeps happening.
