Unable to change camera name

I have a GoPro Hero 8 black and I've been unable to change the camera name. I've gone through all the steps several times including the reset. I've entered the new camera name but 'Save New Name' is greyed out. The only other option is to leave the camera name as it is. Can anyone help please?

On quick the app, you may delete the camera off and the app and re try

I've only just downloaded the app. I couldn't get it on my old phone.

old phone, new phone start over by deleting and resetting
