I slowed down a video I took of a heavy rain running across our driveway. Then I put part of the sound track back with it. Shot at 30 fps, so not the best for slow motion. Gotta' start somewhere.

next time make sure you record in fullhd 120/240fps, then it will be very cool.

the scariest part of making videos for me is knowing exactly what settings to use for which scenario

Yeah, I hear you on that. Next time I will set to a better fps. I did this on a whim and didn't know how long the deluge was going to last. I did some practice with settings, and now have a better handle on setting to those parameters.

What do you use to make slow motion from 240 fps video? Adobe Premiere Elements 14 won't let me and I can't find anything else that does.
