Was recently in Dubai and i took my Hero10 to capture some cool image, however i noticed that some videos came out distorted and pixelated when moving. Does anybody know why and how i can fix this in post production ?

Always set sharpness to med or low - otherwise the settings should be good.

What I don't get though is with a shot like this, why not use a smartphone?? You'll get a much better image most of the time. I would only ever use an action camera for POV shots where you can mount it to an object or person - anything else and I use my smartphone for the best results, especially when panning etc. as you'll avoid the jerky movements considering you've set Hypersmooth to the highest settings available.
As good a step GoPro is, I still refuse to think of it as a all-in-one type camera, even though GoPro love to make people think it is.
