Does anybody have a recommendation for zoom lens to use with Hero 10 ?

there is no zoom lens for gopro. if you dont count aftermarket Back-bone ribcage which then supports small CCTV lenses, but destroys your gopro and waterproofing in the process.
fingers crossed Gopro will introduce something this september.

Agree: you can buy an Insta 360 one RS that has the ability to digital zoom a short distance, or simply film in 5.3K hero 10, and crop in 30% for zoom. in Post

digital zoom is not zoom, and can be done on any camera. if you dont mind losing image quality ofcourse.
His question was clear, he wants zoom lens, optical zoom. not possible at the moment

have you actually tried that? why would you even suggest something like that. the only addon lens that kinda works is a macro lens cover.
