Guys can you help me? I took my GoPro in to the water, while I am surfing and 5 or 10 minutes later, began to appears humidity inside the box, on the lens zone. This is a back door problem or it's a problem in front of the box, in the srews zone?

My english is not very good bue I hope you understand me.

Thanks everyone.

GoPro will not cover water

Gopro camera is not covered under a warranty if Water gets inside. the case itself Spit in it they say , or buy the optional absorbing pads.

if the case itself has a broken seal you need to replace it.

If you do not wipe dry the cam and one drop of water is on the cam or air is m humid you will get humidity in the case?

Camera itself ishould be made waterproof not opened, and that is where if you ever get watr in it Rice bag it

The fog isn't from water

The fog isn't from water getting into the case. It's caused by humidity in the air that gets trapped inside the case when you seal it up. Then it condensates when the camera warms up. GoPro sells anti-fog inserts that stop the issue. Here's a link to another post with more info...
