Newb here. I just got the 10, my first GoPro. How do you connect a Blue Yeti mic with a old USB connection? I can't find a USB to 3.5mm adapter. I only found USB C.

two official adapters "Only" work" Media Module $ with a subscription, cheaper. or the Promic, found at gopro.com or gopro dealers. anything else you buy is not gonna work

Yes, I have the media mod and will be using the USB C for plugin power and the mic jack for the Blue Yeti

if he is suggesting something he owns, then it works, why I did not recommend it or suggest it as I do not own it, that be your decision

I haven't tested but i don't see why not.
The media mod will accept any 3.5mm audio input irrespective of microphone. What you need to do is convert the Blue Yeti from its USB connection to 3.5mm, and an adapter such as the one above should do the trick.
As I said though, it's nothing I've personally tested, but that would be your best bet. If that didn't work, then I can't see what else possibly would......
