horizon management problem

Hello it seems i cannot get pt of the horizon blocked option
In preference display i set ALL
then i don't click on HORIZO Nblock on th edashboard
i set lens as LINEAR
whatever i do, te horizon is blocled
don't understand what i amdoing wrong
please help
