I just got a gopro hero black and a sanddisk card. Everything works fine other than I can't play footage lower than 50fps = I can't use 4k. When I plug the camera in, it imports halfway and stops then says it was imported successfully, yet there is no thumbnail on the video file. I click on it and it says the file is not supported (WINDOWS 8.) Any help would be great. The main reason I got the black was for 30fps, 4k and I can't even use it : (
