I have a GoPro Hero 9 that when I turn it on shows a white screen with some rainbow horizontal lines on the front screen and black on the back screen. after a while, the screen then shows the camera, but can not change the modes or start a video without it freezing. The only way to turn it off is to pull out the battery.
I have tried factory reset, a new battery, manually reuploading the latest firmware, letting the battery completely drain and completely charged, and tried while plugging it into charge as well.
If anyone has any ideas what to try that would be very helpful. I have tried to contact GoPro directly but they won't call me back or respond online.
