Hello,
I'm new user and recently bought Gopro hero 8 because many my friends recommend but I'm totally confused with this camera:

I put the battery inside the camera and charged it with apple 5 volt wall charger to the full, I did trun off the camera wireless and gps but it drains battery very fast,
For example when I did record 4k, battery drains like 1 percent in each 35 second or sooner, is this normal for all users?
I did format the 128 GB memory inside the camera.

Also this is really discussting for each time charge I have to take it out from protection case and open the camera door and conect the charger inside the camera.
Can someone help me to explain how should I live with this?

people forget to put back the proper door to use the camera in water, one good reason gopro did not make one. all the people out there on the Hero 5-7 they learned a better door was needed
