Hero 13 black, firmware v02.02.00. Camera will not charge. The battery status will turn green and show charging when camera is on, but the battery percentage never increases when camera is left on and not recording. When camera is off, the red indicator light will light up briefly when charging cable is plugged in and then it will go out. Battery percentage will not increase at all, even when left plugged up overnight. The camera will operate fine and not lose battery percentage when it is operated while plugged in. When not plugged in, camera will power on and operate normally and battery percentage will decline.
I've tried multiple cables (that charge other devices fine) and multiple different outlets with no success. I'm leaning toward the problem being with the battery but wondering if anyone else has encountered this and might have a solution.
