Hero 10 connected to Volta battery drains to 0%

Hello,

I am facing battery issues with my newly purchased Hero 10.
It is connected to a Media Mod and Volta the battery drains to 0 for both GoPro and Media media overnight.

I read on other threads where others mentioned to disable wireless connections and I have already done that but it does not help.

Have you applied the latest update to your GoPro?
Even though it is newly purchased, that doesn't mean it's firmware is up to date.....there was recently a firmware that made it compatible with the Volta handgrip.....

I have already updated the firmware to the latest and tried a factory reset which did not help.
