I recently bought the GoPro 3-way grip.
I experienced an issue with the small tripod (from the handle). When folding out the tripod the base is not horizontally leveled. When I mount the camera it is sloping. So the legs are probably not all lowered to the same level but the difference is minimal. See the pictures for reference.

Does somebody know how to fix this problem?
Thank you for the help!

I can’t make any decent with the camera being mounted on a slope.

You see the left side is higher than the right side.

Thank you for the reply!
If there is no fix I will probably get the shorty from GoPro, but I think it is quite odd that the tripod isn’t even.
I mean they can’t just deliver every customer the 3-way with a faulty tripod in it right?
I would like to use the tripod underneath the 3-way, so a shorty isn’t the fully satisfactory alternative.

So if anyone knows a fix or the reason why it is like this, let me know!

I will on monday, but I thought maybe there is a simple solution, which I could carry out at home.
However, if it is a production defect I will contact GoPro (support isn’t available in the weekends).
