I was supposed to have my replacement go pro in 3-5 days after they received my defected gopro black 7.

It has now been a month and I have no answers on when I will receive the go pro. I contact support and they have no idea and seem to be at the mercy of a different department. My case number 0741****

1 month has passed and i have zero answers on why I haven't received the replacement and when it is expected to be sent.

Go pro - please tell me when I will receive the go pro. This is ridiculous. I just want my gopro.

I'm afraid this forum is not monitored by GoPro. You would have to keep on at Support, or try posting in the official GoPro support portal....
