GoPro Quik Upload stuck for 2 days!

hi all,
I'm currently stuck trying to upload very small clips to the cloud. How's it that we're paying so much Money and can't even get basic uploading software to work.

It's been over 48h and I'm still waiting for 30s-2m clips to be on the cloud..

Do I need to open certain ports on my router?

Fyi, I'm uploading straight from the GP11 to the cloud via WiFi.

ANy help appreciated..

What exactly should I delete off? The clips from the gopro?

no the footage is on your card, put that to the side and Refresh the app, the camera. good luck

Hi,
thanks for the advices.

I've fixed the issue by going to the gopro website and clearing the queue in my account.

This removed the issue and I could upload again !
