Gopro 7 black is not switch on

Hello! The problem is that when I put the camera to charge, the red indicator works and shows that the camera is charging, but it doesn't switch on. I read the information from official site and make everything what they offer there but it isn't work.
What can it be? Please help

GoPro has a up to 4 hours to fully charge a battery:

laptop, slowest
port charger 1AMP-3.2Amperage
official gopro fast charger, PD charger the quickest

the gopro red lite when completed will turn off, the camera is charged, gopro red lite stays on and fully charge, can be a fault in gopro side of engineering, well known for years. many will today use external chargers line ZGzine dual and triple charge cases. or other chargers
get with support if your camera is Issued

Thank you for your answer! It has no problem before. We didn't use it for some months and now try to charge and it doesn't switch on, only this red light when charching😭

sounds like a battery has gone below threashold
to check if your camera works only plug the cable to the gopro no battery and turn mode on it turns on. points to battery.
