Hi wbrown258 and welcome to the forum,

1. First off, are you exporting to an external drive or your internal drive? If external, can you try to export to your internal drive?
If this resolves the issue then it could be a problem with your external drive.

2. Use Disk Utility to verify and repair permission issues:
- Open Disk Utility, which is in the Utilities folder of your Applications folder.
- Select the startup disk from the list of volumes.
- Click the First Aid tab.
- To check permissions, click Verify Disk Permissions. To repair permissions, click Repair Disk Permissions.
Once that is complete, try using GoPro Studio again and see if it works.

3. If the 2 options above don't work,
It could be a hardware issue.
Can you please conduct an Apple Hardware Test by following the steps found here?
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201257

Please run the test and report back the results and we can go from there.

Cheers,

Kareem
