It auto rotated when recording when on my headband when I first started using it, but now it only seems to work in preview mode but not when I record. Can anyone help?

look to see if you locked your orientation, or reset your camera, if not refresh firmware.

Hi I've tried factory resetting and firmware update, still no joy. Can anyone help or do i send it back and request another GoPro ?

Should it autorotate, tho?
As far as i know the rotation is locked once you press the record button , it is not supposed to change during the recording.

Just to be clear, you're not confusing horizon lock with portrait/landscape mode are you?

If your GoPro Hero 9's auto-rotate feature has stopped working, there are a few things you can try to fix the issue: Check if the Auto Rotate feature is turned on, Go to Settings > System > About > Camera Info, and check if the firmware is up to date.

gopro does not have a calibration feature please do show us where that feature is at
