Hi, I've searched and tried everything. I have an iPhone. Everything from the iPhone to GoPro firmware to Quik is totally current.

I can control the camera from the app.

However, when I enable preview, it connects to the goPro wifi and then fails without any error and doesn't enable anything.

When I try to load media, it connects to the goPro wifi and then gives me an error saying failed to load media.

This is really frustrating because I screwed up good footage this weekend because the camera switched to a wrong mode and I didn't know cuz I can't use my app (the camera was mounted on the helmet).

I'd very much like to figure out a solution. Thanks.

I have the same experience only with a Samsung S10 while riding.
Also, my Surface Pro will not recognize the Hero 9 in order to import the files. Not via BT, WiFi or USB.
PC downstairs does see the camera via USB, so at least I can get the files.

Also, once the files are in the GoPro directory, the software will not even see that the file is there.

"Which software is best?" is not an available question for me. "Which one works?" would be the real question.

Whole bunch more like this, but I have to go now.
