So i dropped my gopro hero 9 black from 5ft while i was walking , and now its not turning on , its not charging , no response to updates .
What's the point of an action camera when it cannot survive a 5ft drop . And has it ever happened to anyone else .

Welcome to the site. does it state shockproof and does it say up to 4 ft.

it slipped and fell to what concrete, enough to shock the camera. I ran my hero on a Rc car at 70 MPH, it flew off over 150 feet, and taken a number of bounces, to work, when a landscaper picked it up at his feet, to hand to me when I "walked" over. no panic at all, laughing. sucks when it did not film the crash, but at least till it was nearly off the car.

so if you have the subscription all bought get back to gopro.com, we hope they repair the damage. what can be broken, who knows poor circuitry I say
