So I've managed to download a video to Quick, all ok now thanks to the forum. However I cannot find a way now to put that on my blog, from Quick. It's says I can drop it in, but Quick does not allow me that option it seems. Any thoughts to help welcome please?

I may be wrong, but the easiest way, in my opinion, is to upload the video to Youtube, then post a Youtube link to your blog.

Uploading on YouTube would be a great choice.
Another thing would be that you can transfer the video to your computer and then you can use it on your blog. Simply connect your GoPro camera to your PC using a USB cable. Then, install and open the Quik app. In the app, you can view the product details of your camera as well as all your videos. Using the Automatic Import feature, you can now import all your videos to your PC.
