I was looking at buying a puckeye case for my GoPro Hero+.

There is a local Duck Derby race that will be commencing 17th of March and i thought it would be a good idea to have a GoPro float down the river with the Ducks.
My problems is that i would like the GoPro to be facing forward(Downstream) above the water until the end of the Race.
There is a constant clicking sound whenever I record using the skeleton housing that comes with the camera, and when I record without the housing, there isn't any clicking at all. Could this be a problem with the camera or the housing?
