Unhappy GoPro Hero 4 Black - slowmotion jerky at 120fps 25% speed in Studio

Hello, I have used my GoPro4 for a long time without problems.
I like to film at 1080 - 120fps and then in GoPro Studio just change the speed to 25% and it has always given me smooth slow-motion.
But recently, after updating everything as soon as there is an update on firmware, studio and now the "Quik" software.
I only use "Quik" to select my clips and open them in Studio.
But when I slow down a clip to 25% speed it looks jerky now. It does work smoothly at 50%

Sooo weird. And really annoying because I really like 120fps footage slowed down to 29.97fps in a smoooth slow-motion look. And I haven't changed any settings anywhere.

Have anyone else experienced a similar problem?
Is there a better way to convert it to slow-motion at 29.97fps in any other software?
I have Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects that I also use to most of my editing, but I've always like to use GoPro Studio for rough-editing - mainly to control speed since it's always been so reliable and easy to use, I also like rough color-grading etc. in Studio, then export for final cut in After-Effects/Premiere.

Any help or pointers would be awesome.

Cheers

Sorry for the post. Well, maybe it could be useful to others: I now realized that I had the "low-light" option "on" for some strange reason!!!! Some people may have missed this, but if you have that option on, and the camera decides the lighting is too low, it'll reduce the frame-rate to half if you have it on 48fps or higher (I think, it might be 60fps or higher). Anyways, A lot of frustration and some new grey hairs due to my own stupidity I guess. Cheers and sorry again for the post.
