Question Freezing after 8 seconds, even with new replacement.

My GoPro Hero 4 Silver sometimes freezes after 8 seconds, maybe 1 out of 10 times it'll do it and to be able to use it i have to remove the battery, I got in contact with GoPro and had a replacement sent out, now here's the kicker.. Its still doing it, I am using a SanDisk Ultra 64GB, I have tried it with both my SanDisk cards are it has happened with both. Could it be just a coincidence that both my cards are making this happen or have I been sent out another duff camera?

what is your write speed again?

Possibly a different card is needed? Was it a store card or Ebay card.

so do you know your write speed?

Ask gopro to send you a class10 card??? wit ha write speed of 70mb. 50mb is bare minimum

If gopro.com did like another major company did to satisfy a customer they would send you the lowest file size card and let you keep it.

Ebay as well Amazon can have counterfeit cards.
