Mine is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. I got an email yesterday saying it had been shipped. Checked the website throughout the day and never saw a FedEx tracking number.

Contacted Support this evening and they gave me a UPS tracking number. It came with an explanation that GoPro is in the process of switching the shipper from FedEx to UPS, hence the confusion.

Like most Compaines, GoPro is Backwards, and if they chose to do their Business this way, then Might as well. show up at the door unexpected lol.

I called Sat afternoon, told by Thursday the end of the day I said great. UPS called and will have the delivery tomorrow Lol thanks UPS.. oops gopro

Camera has been working good. trouble with Driver due to Photo App that hte settings no way to change out of opening, had to go to Settings/ gopro hero 7 and changing out the settings there. I have to do a ride see if GPS enabled will open correctly and engage guages icons. If it does then my gopro had that issue like a Pet Rock each are different wit htehir own unique issues

Okay Iím still having the video lock ups. Three times in a row while taking a video the screen goes black like it normally would due to the timeout but I cannot get the screen to wake back up. I end the video with voice command and hear a single beep. 30-45 seconds later I get the multiple beeps saying it has been saved to the memory card. But still canít get the screen to wake up. Have to hold the power button down for quite a while or remove the battery to get response from the camera.

The videos are saved and play back but video movement stops where the screen went black, audio continued to end of the clip.

One other thing I noticed while taking the videos occasionally I would see flashes and other artifacts on the screen before it goes black.

I formatted the card .... again.... and now itís okay so far. Beginning to think the card is defective. Looks like another call to Support is on tap tomorrow. Sooo very frustrating!

I hear ya. Give this a shot, because it sounds like you do not have screen saver set to never, it will dim. not go black.

Try pressing the side mode to wake it. I do not a quick but a full format , a 64gb card will take 30 minutes to format. and give that a shot then you can do quick formats and a full one every month I say.

I am sure a counterfiet to a defective card can be part of that issue. if asked
