After owning for only 3 weeks. Go pro stopped turning on. Was working fine then. Then went to review some footage I had shot that day, following a dive. It simply will not turn on. I had watched footage on the way home from dive. But when I got home, nothing. Swapped batteries. Charged camera, nothing works. Any suggestions.

I got my first consumer analog video camera in '86, a Sony 8MM (pre-Super8) did some fair travel projects and have since converted all projects and raw material to digital.
After years of not doing video I decided to get a GoPro Hero 4 Sessions to record 3 weeks in Nepal, trekking, biking, etc. Since I just bought a new iPhone 6 to use as a monitor I'm on my way
to a complete set up. Learning GPStudio, logging stage, and of course struggling. I have lots of questions and expect they can be handled here.

I joined because I felt other users would have a better insight into the problems or situations that arise. I have an older GoPro HD hero that I have used mountain biking, Flying in a vertical wind tunnel, automobile racing and other sports. Currently I was hoping to get the other users opinion on how to change the date on a video. The battery dropped down low enough that it lost the date now my last tunnel flying videos all have the wrong date .. The camera is now set correctly .. I just need an easy way to change the video date .. Thanks

I have been lurking the forums since I bought my go pro back in November. Having previously edited gaming videos as a teenager I have been keen to get back into video editing. As I am a keen traveller I felt a GoPro was a good purchase. Having no previous filming experience this forum has had some useful tips to get me started. Keen to gather some feedback and expand my skills!
