Video is "stuttering", Go Pro Hero 7 Black

Hey everyone, newb here.

Just picked up a GoPro Hero 7 Black. I will use it mainly to record motorcycle rides. I did some test recordings at 2.7 k and 60 fps and when I replay the raw file, the video is "stuttering". Looks a little bit like stop motion, although it's more subtle than that. Also, the audio is out of sync by about 10 seconds. I used all the "auto settings", any ideas? Should I record at 1080 and 60 fps?

Not sure if this matters, but I controlled my GoPro from my iPhone for these recordings.

I think it's fine on the GoPro and for sure there is no audio lag on the GoPro. Could it be that my laptop is too slow?

im almost certain its your computers fault, not gopros.

do you mind telling us your pc specs?

i managed to juice more from my old pc when playing back fullhd clips by using MPC player and its codecs (better than VLC)

GoPro is like a computer to, the sdxc card also plays a toll. How are you watching that clip or clips now via the laptopp?

off the camera attached to the computer, off the sdxc card through a reader, off a HDD drive?

As @Boznoz said the computer and player ther is part of the issue.

So to the question in bold

Here are my computer specs:

Card: Sandisk 64GB Extreme MicroSDXC UHS-I Card, plugged right into laptop slot with adapter

ASUS laptop:
12 MB RAM
Intel core i7, 2.0 Ghz processor

Will try another recording with with lower resolution and see what happens. Thanks everyone!

Forgot to add, I am watching the raw video directly off the card, also tried to copy the raw video on my computer's internal SSD drive, both with same results.

specs are more than enough, so you have faulty drivers, have you tried MPC player?. with specs like that you should be able to play at least 2.7k , if not 4k video.

But i understand you have no graphic card at all? what is your onboard GPU spec?
