What did you use to edit?
240fps down to a 30fps timeline should be much smoother......

I used powerdirector 16 I may not have had my project set up the right way but I do not like eidting slo mo it never works out correctly

something certainly isn't right. This was filmed at [email protected], & the slo-mo's reduced to 18fps

240 chose the speed and render at 29.97f to keep real play time if i chose 240 f it be sped back to the normal speed.
