GoPro Hero 7 black and Adobe Premiere Pro

Guys and Ladies,

What are some steps using in Adobe Premire Pro that I can do to make my video either 1080, 2k and 4k video to make my video look lot better and audio as well. I am using a custom made blog setup that was made for me by Harley Designs out of Sacramento, California and which I do recommend to anyone who is looking in to custom setups.

As far as settings in the GoPro Hero 7 I am using the following:

Resolution: 4kx30

Field of view: Wide

Video stabilization: Enabled

Auto audio mode group: Auto

Shutter: Auto

Ev comp: 0.5

Iso min: 100

Iso max: 400

White balance: Auto

Sharpness: Low

Color: Flat

Raw auto track: off

Couple of questions what iso max setting is good for led lighting inside of a house? My kitchen has LED lighting around the house such as bedrooms, kitchens and my room.

My GoPro Hero 7 blog setup is:

GoPro Hero 7 black

Aluminum case

Printed case

GoPro adapter

Hardware

Lav mic cover

Edutige ETM-008 microphone

Coil cable

ND Filters/screw on type like what you see on Canon/Nikon DSLR cameras

Flex tripod

Painted tripod

Thumbscrew

Do you have a pic of your Vlog setup? I'm waiting for my Aluminum Case to be delivered and I also want to use 52mm lenses on that, but not yet sure what to look at.
