Thumbs up Ebay???

Hey guys, I need some help here. I am new to the world of GoPro, I just bought my 4 black a few weeks ago and need help with accessories. So my issue is this.... On Ebay, there are a few sellers providing some bundle packages on accessories SUPER CHEAP and wanted to know if any of you have purchased any of it and what kind of experience have you had. Getting the OEM is a little pricey, but I don't want to go cheap and regret it later. All your help is greatly appreciated.

I'm looking for a few different things to start... i.e. chest, head strap, bike mounts, tripod, extension stick, suction cup for cars just to name a few.

I am not found of ebay, you can get cheaper than oem stuff on amazon and I would recommend this over ebay.

You might spend a few more bucks than on ebay but it's way easier to resolve any issue with amazon.

I have only aftermarket accessories, some cheap and some of high quality and none of them has disappointed me.

Head strap cost me 5$ (can) for instance, and the mount broke when I put Andoer aluminium case which I think is a bit normal considering the weight and abuse I put it trough. Still working anyway.

That being said, it would depend on what you intend to shoot.... If you're going skydiving (or anything putting the camera on high risk) I would stick to oem because first, it's quality and more than that gopro warranties their accessories liability, at least that's what I have read a couple times.

Ebay.com, Amazon.com a web site. the person selling is on all the sites. so saying Amazon.com is the better place. Best to think again.

Head strap OEM at a brick store to a Ebay purchase.
Bike Mount, etc. just decide who you want to get from, if time is on your side I check around

many online sites to go through. some will say oh check these out that I Review -to-own. you can get an idea.

I say check Smatree check Deale xtreme. DX check wasabi you name it.

Super cheap prices mean super cheap manufacturing, which means super cheap components and materials.
When you want to attach a camera thats cost quite a bit of cash, why risk losing it due to some cheap mounts where you've tried to save the odd few $ ??

I would be more skeptical on a 3d made product. examples are there. If you look for them

1. never go cheap on a waterproof case, period! or on a 3m sticker. those are the two main one's I be worried the most, lets not forget a mount. that is a buckle type clip.

example would you want a 2.00 head strap, or a 20.00 one that ain't gopro, when the official sells for 20.00

Hey, thanks everyone for all your advice. I really appreciate it. I think I am going to to stick to the OEM stuff, I have a relative that works for a retailer that sells Gopro products and may be able to help me with some pricing. If not for your advice, I think I may have bought some of those Chinese stuff.
