How do you Export ALL frames?

I have a video in 240 FPS that I imported into iMovie and it seems like it takes it down to 30 FPS per second. When I advance frame by frame, it only takes 30 frames to move 1 second of video.

How can I import at the full 240 FPS into iMovie or another app? I would like to export my 240 FPS playing at 30 fps so it looks like really slow motion and shows the detail of the action.

Thanks!
