Default What Video Editing Software Do You Use For GoPro HD?

I've tried a few different video editing programs, but I'm wondering what others are using to edit their GoPro HD footage?

Default Adobe Premiere Elements

I personally use Adobe Premiere Elements 9.0. I purchased it online for about $75. I wish I could afford the larger version, Adobe Premiere Pro. But its way out of my price range.

However, with that being said, I am very please with Premiere Elements. I can do all the basics, manipulate video, add transitions, titles, create avi, .mov etc plus can share directly to youtube if you so choose.

I've been able to have quite a bit of fun.

Stupid? Maybe. Fun. For sure .

Default I use premier pro and after

I use premier pro and after effects
took some time to get the work flows right

one tip I got from adobe
no matter what your software pick up quicktime pro or slipstream and if you just open the gopro raw file and save it as something
it will make gopro footage work better in most editors
the native envelop does something weird to the mpeg format

I am looking into Ipad2 With iMovie

Ipad has a SD card reader attachment

Input video, Edit with Fingers, Post. All without leaving the playsite.

Default Vegas Pro

I use Sony Vegas Pro. I've only had it about a week so I have barely scraped the surface of what you can do but it seems to be very easy to use and my laptop can handle running it. Video animations, text effects, video envolopes and the ability to have multiple video and audio tracks make it much better than anything like MovieMaker. I haven't had any problems with importing the raw GoPro footage from the camera; the quality is unaffected and it is very quick... It is also possible to render in essentially any format you want (after checking a few YouTube tutorials)! I would definitely recommend it. Hope this helps.

Default Nebie, but learning Kayak fishing video soon.

I have Adobe Premier Elements 9 and Cyber Link Power Director 10. Power Director 10 seems to follow my thinking on video editing (newbie) better than Elements. I has some nice editing features I am still trying to learn, especially creating new, from scratch, titling templates rather than editing someones creation (lots available on line). I just got my Hero2 11/13/11 so I am still learning its capabilities, but happy so far. I have been playing with the 1080P Wide, Medium, Narrow, spot on, and spot off. I put one of the sticky mounts on my Tacoma luggage rack and did some sequences going to work, 4.5 miles, 6:15AM, lunch, and after work. Very pleased with the color saturation, very surprised with the low light capability.
Lots to learn Thanks, Mike.
