The Hub Lol.

Welcoemone aboard.

What sdxc card are you using? Have you tried w/o cards, just hte camera? Didi you fatory restrore the camera? and lastly did you flasg any firmware at all?

now that all the questions are out of the way?

the camera is not getting passed firmware it is being stopped on boot up. If you are going to reload firmware, I suggest being careful, you can brick your camera due to no screen at all, it takes 7 plus minutes to correctly load ten minutes would say its on there but still not seeing a screen is going to be important?

I suggest removing the sd card, and restart the camera, still nothing. Camera under 1 year, and if with a care pkg use it, go to gopro.com/support.CHAT. and get your camer repaired. then going to the Hub

i'd try resetting & trying to do a manual software update, even with a bad memory card it shouldn't do anything like that
p fandango is online now

Thank you so you are out of Warranty, and if your firmware like P fandango is incorrectly loaded you may now have a bricked camera, and GoPro.cpm does not support reflashing firmware , at tehir service center, that is the sad part.

Check Ifti's clips on how to load firmware? report back if you need help maybe Krreamcheaz can walk you through some simple steps?
